Motorola Moto G 2nd Gen Receives Android 5.0.1 Lollipop Update !

After the Huge Success of Motorola's Moto G ,Motorola Launched the Moto G 2nd Gen,Well i myself own this phone and I'm very satisfied with it ,the device has been met with a strong positive response, both by critics and buyers. While it’s not a very expensive phone as compared to previous moto g it still comes with a nice feature set, making it a great all-around offer for those looking for a solid Android device . And, according to recent reports, the phone continues to be one of the best offers on the Android market, and an option buyers should definitely consider when looking for a new device. The screen is a standard 5”, 1280×720 one, although it’s been noted for its exceptional picture quality and great touch capabilities. The touchscreen matrix is actually quite the high-resolution one, which makes the phone very responsive and smooth to navigate. This works especially well with the relatively powerful hardware behind the scenes, which is more than capable of running Android with a satisfying performance. The phone comes with a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, offering significantly more processing power than many other devices in its price range. At the same time, the battery life on the Moto G2 has been reported to be quite nice, with the device lasting longer than many of its competitors. Last but not least, it’s also been commended for its durability,a factor that’s becoming more and more important in the design of smartphones nowadays. And to top it off, the device is also still up to date with the latest Android release line, having recently been updated to Android 5.0.1 Lollipop. According to reports though, the release of the update has been a bit messy, as currently only American owners of the Moto G2 are getting the new update. However, it’s been said to be coming for all G2 owners eventually, so those who don’t see any available updates yet should just be patient and wait.the earlier Moto G is also receiving the update, although there seems to be a minor difference in the build versions between the two devices. It’s not known what exactly the differences are, and if they are noticeable at all. It’s possible that this is just some concealed optimization meant to improve the operating system’s compatibility with each specific device, and Motorola haven’t said anything about that yet.Users of both devices who have already received their update have been expressing an overall high level of satisfaction with their devices’ performance, as both the Moto G as well as the G2 seem to be capable of handling the newest version of Android quite well. Which is good to see, because at the same time, some devices by other companies have been performing rather poorly with the new OS version.
